Sarfaraz Jasdanwala, MD

Founding Partner, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Sarfaraz Jasdanwala is a Founding Partner and Chief Medical Officer of Ozark Recovery Housing (ORH). He is double board certified in Addiction Medicine and Internal Medicine, and is widely recognized for his holistic, evidence-based approach to treating individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

Born and raised in India, Dr. Jasdanwala developed a strong commitment to serving underserved communities early in life. This lived perspective continues to inform his clinical values—centered on dignity, equity, and accessibility for all. He graduated with honors from Baroda Medical College, and in 2012, moved to the United States to complete his Internal Medicine residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey. He has been practicing in Missouri since 2015, working extensively across rural and urban settings.

At ORH, Dr. Jasdanwala provides medical oversight for detox, psychiatric services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) through his partnering agency, Ozark Healthcare. This collaboration ensures seamless access to high-quality, integrated care for ORH clients, bridging gaps between housing and healthcare in a low-barrier, person-centered model.

Dr. Jasdanwala also partners with state agencies and public health departments offering consultation on innovative, inclusive models of behavioral health care. His leadership continues to shape the future of recovery services, grounded in compassion and clinical excellence.

Andrea Jasdanwala, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Founding Partner, Business & Clinical Operations Development Advisor

Andrea Jasdanwala is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the Co-Founder of Ozark Recovery Housing (ORH), where she currently serves as Business Operations & Development Advisor. As the organization’s original CEO, Andrea played a key role in establishing ORH’s foundational model—centered on low-barrier, recovery-oriented housing for individuals facing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and housing insecurity.

After guiding ORH through its early growth and strategic direction, Andrea stepped down from the CEO role to focus on business development, operational infrastructure, and long-term sustainability. In her current advisory role, she leads initiatives related to CARF accreditation, clinical and administrative policy development, and organizational compliance, ensuring ORH maintains its mission while expanding its impact.

Andrea holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Concordia University Irvine. Her clinical expertise spans addiction medicine, primary care, and weight management, with a particular focus on underserved and justice-involved populations.

In addition to her work with ORH, Andrea owns a successful weight loss practice in Granite Bay, California, and provides management and oversight for other healthcare and wellness business initiatives. Her entrepreneurial insight, systems-based leadership, and commitment to accessible, person-centered care make her a driving force in the advancement of holistic recovery and behavioral health solutions.
